BLUEBERRY MASCARPONE CHEESECAKE WITH AMARETTI CRUST
This is a very yummy dessert for any dinner party! I just love the flavors and texture of this cake!:)
Ingredients:
■1/4 cup amaretti cookie crumbs
■1/4 cup graham cracker or digestive cookie crumbs
■2 tablespoons butter, melted
■6 tablespoons heavy cream, cold
■1 (8 ounce) package of mascarpone, room temperature
■1/4 cup sugar
■1 lemon, zest
■1/4 cup blueberry caramel sauce
■1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1.Mix the amaretti cookie crumbs, graham cracker crumbs and butter and press them into the bottom of two 4 inch spring form pans.
2.Bake in a preheated 350F oven until golden brown on the edges, about 8-12 minutes and let cool completely.
3.Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
4.Beat the sugar and lemon zest into the mascarpone and then gently fold in the whipped cream.
5.Divide the blueberry caramel sauce between the 2 spring form pans and top with the cream mixture.
6.Chill in the fridge for several hours to over night, top with blueberries and enjoy.

Glittery and sweet
It is the weekend! At last! I will be going out with friends to the Boston area for some fun. Right now I like the shiny and glittery trend, nail polish, shoes and clothes. And as it gets colder I been using vanilla and maple smelling candles. Yum!

Lovely decor
I love being creative and making handmade things. I already make jewelry and my own cards, using stamps, tiny bottons and beads. Its fun to have a hobby or two for a rainy day (or days! ). Its nice when you can use your DIY skills to decorate, like using pretty cutouts and paper items with this mirror I featured.
A loft would make a cute space for a cozy bedroom. I adore the pic I got from Lobster and Swan. For a striking look to a dinning room, I love exotic paint colors such as teal, berry, and deep purple. Always a dramatic and chic look!

Weekly loves
It has been a rainy start to my weekend. When I can I try to stay in, so I can snuggle with my boyfriend and my cat.I love decorating with roses right now, they are so romantic and have a vintage look. I also been looking over pretty cake ideas to make in the future. And with all this rain and chill, I am glad I got tea and yummy desserts :)
